Sample automation
The week’s numbers in your inbox before the first coffee.
A sample workflow for any small business. Every Monday it gathers the numbers you would otherwise log in to four dashboards for, and sends one short email that says what changed.

The problem
Four dashboards nobody opens.
Most owners know they should check how the website is doing. In practice that means logging in to Google Analytics, then Search Console, then the enquiries sheet, then the sales records, and working out what it all means. So it happens once a quarter, or not at all.
A good report is not a bigger dashboard. It is a short message that arrives on its own, uses the same numbers every week and says in plain words what went up, what went down and what deserves a look.

- ScheduleThe workflow starts on its own
- Google AnalyticsWebsite visits collected
- Search ConsoleSearch performance collected
- Enquiries sheetNew enquiries counted
- AI summaryPlain-language summary drafted
- GmailReport delivered
A one-page report, delivered every Monday, with the same numbers every week so changes are easy to spot.
How it works
Each step, in plain language.
1. Run on a schedule
n8n starts the workflow every Monday morning in your time zone. No one has to remember.
2. Collect the website numbers
Visitors and top pages from Google Analytics, and clicks, impressions and queries from Google Search Console, through their official connections.
3. Add your own numbers
New enquiries and their sources from your enquiries sheet or CRM. Sales or bookings can be added from the tool you already use.
4. Summarise in plain words
An AI model writes a short summary from those numbers only and is told not to guess at causes. The figures sit underneath, so the summary is always checkable.
5. Deliver one email
The report goes to the people who need it. The same layout every week makes changes easy to see.
6. Keep a history
Each week’s figures are saved to a sheet, so you can compare months without rebuilding anything.
What stays human
Automated where it helps. Personal where it matters.
We commit to
- Collecting the numbers from each tool
- Saving a weekly history
- A short summary written only from the figures
- Delivery at the same time every week
We won’t
- Invent reasons for a change in the numbers
- Make business decisions for you
- Share your data with anyone outside the report list
This is a demonstration built by ARKIELLO to show what is possible. It is not a client project and shows no client data. Your version would connect to your own analytics, Search Console and records.
